中国人のフリをして、地元の市役所に電話しました。

「母国の村の子供たち300人養子にしたのだが、児童手当ての手続きはどうするの？
そしたら子供手当ても貰えるんでしょ！」
と。
「ちなみに計算機ないから、ちょっと計算してください！」
と。
「いくらになるの？15年間で14億！」
そして、
「やったー大金持ちだー！
仲間の中国人も、みんな養子もらってくるって言ってるよー！」

この時点で担当者、声が震えてました。
（担当者いじめが目的ではないので、嘘である事を話し、謝罪しました）

ここからは、担当者の話。

「子供手当ての問題点は、自治体は認識している。
上級官庁にも伝えている。
担当者レベルでは、大問題だと思っている。
今日は、いつか来ると思っていた電話が来て、心臓が止まるほどびっくりした。
このことは、しっかりと対応して報告します。」

こんな感じでした。
自治体から危機感を煽りましょう。
まだ間に合います。
