厚労省に電凸したけど、質問内容は↓（広報のおねぇちゃんも歯切れ悪かった。）

Q：5.4兆円という金額が出ているがその中に新規で子供手当を申請するであろう外国人の分は入っているか？
A：入っていません。

Q：では5.4兆円というのは最低必要金額なのでは？
A：そうです。

Q：海外にいる子供の実態をどうやって調べるのか？
A：地方自治体任せ

Q：仮に中国政府が市区町村と手を合わせて養子人数を捏造した資料を地方自治体にに提出した場合、捏造した物と見極められるか？
A：…非常に困難。

Q：配偶者控除と扶養控除を廃止した場合かなりの数の家庭が増税になると思うがそれによって生活保護が今より増える可能性がないか？
A：あります。

Q：基本的に子供手当で減税になるのは同居人無の16歳以下の子供が2人以上いる家庭だけではないか？
A：・・・
Q：違いますか？
A：そうです。

Q：かなり問題があるように思うのですがなぜそこまでして６月に支給したいのですか？
A：民主党が出したいといっているから…
