今の経済状況はアメリカよりもなぜか日本のほうがずっと酷いが、この原因は明らかに日本のコンプライアンス規制が原因だ。
具体的には、木村剛氏などが主張しているとおり、貸金業法規制、ＪＳＯＸ，個人情報保護法、建築基準法、割賦販売、道交法、消費者庁、、、、といった規制法だ。
まさに地獄への道は、こういった”善意が建前の邪悪な小砂利”で敷き詰められているのだ。 これら規制ルールはここ数年の間にできたものだが、この全てを即刻廃止することからはじめる必要がある。
