現況の【児童手当】にも国籍条項はない。

今回は控除で税金減免されていた分も(結果的に手取りの現金増)
手当支給にすると言っているのがより改悪されている点です。
「控除」としてなら、働いてきちんとそれなりの所得税を納めている人だけが
恩恵を受けられるわけですが、「手当」ですと全然働く気もなく子供を食い物に
して生活する気ﾏﾝﾏﾝのDQN(そう言う人は日本人外国人関係なくいますが)にも
大量に垂れ流されることになります。

貧困国で子供に物乞いをさせて親が搾取して暮らすと言うことが在りますが、
それと同じ事を国家規模で推奨することに成りかねない愚策です。
